About the Role

Putting client-centred care into practice requires the backing of the whole organisation, we are looking for a passionate and committed Service Manager (Clinical) to join our team within our West London clinic.

Within our Nurse led environment we have well-established protocols and support systems that reinforce a values-driven organisational culture, with a focus on care and leaving no one behind.

The Service Manager (Clinical) will make a proactive contribution to planning for and improving future services within the centre and take an active lead in service transformation. This role will operate within the clinical quality governance framework of MSI and will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team in the Centre in the interests of developing and promoting high quality patient care.

Working within our clinics you will be joining a team of both clinical and non-clinical colleagues who empower our clients to make reproductive choices that are right for them.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: GCSE (A-C) [or equivalent] in Maths & English

                          Registered Nurse or Midwife

  • Desirable: Formal Management Qualification including a bachelors or masters degree in leaders or management

Salary: £462,600.51 - £46.860.56
