About the role

We are looking for an Administrator to join our busy administration team within our Call Centre operation (One Call) Bristol. Reporting to the Office Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of all administration processes as listed in the supporting documents. This is a full time position at 37.5hrs per week. Hours will vary between 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday on a weekly basis.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (essential)
  • A high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills
  • Experience at handling and co-ordinating a number of tasks at once
  • Excellent listening skills and telephone manner
  • Clear communication style
  • Experienced in using various computer systems
  • A depth of customer service experience
  • Calm under pressure

What we can offer you

In return for your efforts we can offer a starting salary at £19,350 (Pro-Rata) and benefits package including a pension contribution and discretionary bonus, as well as commitment to your ongoing personal and professional development.
