Key Experience
To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following experience:
- Experience of working in a busy Contact Centre environment
- Experience of working in high pressured environments, working towards strict deadlines
- Experience of working collaboratively and effectively within a team setting
- You will have a good understanding of Contact Centre resource, forecasting and planning techniques.
- Experience of working with call routing technology ideally Genesys
Formal Education/qualification
- English Language and Mathematics to GCSE standard or equivalent

Full-time: Full hours
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £21,420 - £25,200 dependant on experience
