Key Skills

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:

  • You must possess strong prioritisation skills
  • You will be IT Literate with intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills including objection handling

Key Experience

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following experience:

  • Experience of working in a busy Contact Centre environment
  • Experience of working in high pressured environments, working towards strict deadlines
  • Experience of working collaboratively and effectively within a team setting
  • You will have a good understanding of Contact Centre resource, forecasting and planning techniques.
  • Experience of working with call routing technology ideally Genesys

Formal Education/qualification

  • English Language and Mathematics to GCSE standard or equivalent

Location: One Call, Bradley Stoke

Full-time: Full hours

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £21,420 - £25,200 dependant on experience
