About the Role

Our Client Care Coordinators are responsible for meeting, greeting and facilitating the treatment journey of our clients seeking abortion care services, along with other members of the team. One of the principle aims of the role is to ensure our clients have the best possible experience when visiting our centres.  Client Care Coordinators will also undertake a number of administrative, payment, booking and reporting duties on behalf of the centre.

  • Working in reception, administration and client flow
  • Ensuring smooth running of clinic through greeting and advising of clients in reception
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as preparation of client letters; checking client documentation
  • Completing pregnancy testing and co-ordinating emergency contraception for walk-in clients
  • Monitor the flow of clients through the centre and taking necessary measures to rectify or address and issues

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Skills:

Previous reception or similar experience gained in service or hospitality industry

  • IT literate – use if Windows based packages including EXCEL
  • Good problem solving skills

Location: Brighton

Hours: Part time - (22.5 hours per week)

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £20,010 FTE
