Salary: Starting from £22,990 with the opportunity to increase salary upon completion of competencies 

Location: Brighton – good public transport links via bus routes and accessible from Hove train station. Great clinic for personal development and training.

Hours: 37.5 hours, between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday with 1 weekend shift in a 2-week rotation

Contract type: Permanent

Start date: 15th May 2023

Successful candidates will be required to be onsite for 12 weeks and then be able to work from home only attending the centre 2 days per month.

About the Client Care Coordinator role

You will be joining a team of over 150 colleagues that work together across our four contact centre sites to deliver an efficient and safe service to our clients. Whether you choose to work predominately from home or within our office you will never be alone as we have a fantastic support network in place so that we all feel connected. Please note that this is a phone-based role.

You will be provided with bespoke training, tailored to your role to equip you in assisting with safe and effective abortion and vasectomy care to our clients.

We operate a flexible hybrid model which means you can work from the comfort of your own home*. To provide the flexibility to our colleagues that we know is so important right now, you will be required to work just 2 shifts per month at our centre based in Brighton.

Working as a Client Care Coordinator your role will be varied as you will interact with our clients over the telephone and through our remote access channels. Previous experience of working within sexual and reproductive health is not a requisite of this role.

The skills required for the Client Care Coordinator role are:

  • Ability to work independently and collectively within a close-knit team
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for supporting our diverse client population
  • Excellent record keeping
  • Strong clinical knowledge and good analytical skills
  • Ability to manage risk effectively, prioritising workloads accordingly
  • Good IT skills (full training on internal programs will be provided)
