Salary: £46,860.56 - £51,546.61 (dependant on experience and location)

About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to the organisation's leadership and provide comprehensive HR support to drive business objectives and enhance organisational effectiveness. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, senior leadership, centre management and employees, to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's goals and values.
You will be expected to provide a first-class Employee Relations service to line managers and colleagues that embodies our company values and minimises disruption to the day to day running of the company whilst being compliant with UK legislation and company policy.
As the HR Business Partner, you will contribute to the effectiveness of HR service delivery and will be an active participant and role model within the HR Team and wider organisation. Responsibilities for the role includes overseeing the day-to-day operational work of the HR Operations team and acting as deputy for the UK HR Manager, when appropriate.
The HR function is responsible for ensuring the appropriate, sustainable, organisational structure is in place for MSI Reproductive Choices UK to achieve its mission, goals and objectives. As custodians of the values and culture of the organisation, the HR team are responsible for the employment policies, procedures, practices and systems that govern the full colleague life cycle.
About You
You will be CIPD part qualified or have relevant HR experience. Reporting to the UK HR Manager, you will be working within the HR department, working closely with other members of the HR team and Operational teams within the regions.
To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:
- Experience of working within an HR setting
- Exposure to the employee relations processes, e.g. Sickness absence, disciplinary, performance issues
- Knowledge, understanding and application of employment law
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, including previous experience of HR systems
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work
- Ability to use own initiative and make decisions.
- Able to work in confidence and with discretion
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
