Contract type: Permanent, 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday

Salary: £46,860.56 - £51,546.61 (dependant on experience)

About the Role

As a Clinical Services Matron, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of clinical services within the Brighton centre. As a highly skilled and experienced nurse leader, you will serve as a key link between various departments, ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality care provision in a client-centred environment.

You will be responsible for the management and supervision of the nurse/midwife team, fostering an environment of teamwork and professional growth. You will establish and maintain efficient workflows, adherence to policies and best practices, complying with regulatory standards. The Clinical Services Matron actively engages in client advocacy, ensuring that each individual receives compassionate care that respects their dignity and autonomy.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of clinical services within the centre. Through leadership, collaboration, and a client-centred approach, you will strive to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, promote professional development, and optimise overall client outcomes. You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services while maintaining client safety and satisfaction.
