Salary: £20,900 – £22,990 (dependant on experience)

About the Role
The Client Care Coordinator is a vital role in our organisation so that we can deliver the best first impressions, accurate tailored support and information, and treatment in the swiftest time possible for all our clients.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding care from their very first interaction with our clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, accurate information, and support tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. By coordinating and managing client care, you will contribute to our goal of delivering the best first impressions and efficient treatment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Respond promptly and courteously to client enquiries
- Assess client needs, gather necessary information, and provide accurate and relevant support.
- Maintain client records and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of client care.
- Continuously strive to improve the client care process and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes that may impact client care.
About You
To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various computer software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
- Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, respecting and collaborating with all individuals equally, and with a commitment to overcome bias and prejudice
- Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with people of all levels
- Good listening and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is desirable.
