Location: Hybrid working with your usual office base as Central London. The successful candidate will be required and willing to travel nationally to provide training

Hours: 35 hours

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £30,599.69 to £33,659.66 dependant on experience

The Role

Reporting into the UK Learning, Development and Resourcing Manager, the Learning & Development Partner and will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, programmes, solutions and interventions in line with our company values and objectives. This will include designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more.

You will have experience of designing and delivering measured training solutions for all levels of a business, including face to face and digital delivery. You need to be a people expert with a natural flair for coaching and getting the best out of people, you will have a customer/client centric approach and experience of service expectations. 

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills:

  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, respecting and collaborating with all individuals equally, and with a commitment to overcome bias and prejudice
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders from all levels of the business
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Self-driven professional, eager to learn and try new approaches and add value to the organisation
  • Able to manage expectations of demanding stakeholders
  • Exemplary organisational skills – able to multitask and handle conflicting priorities
