The role

The role is part of the wider Global Accouting Team, and is responsible for the accuracy of restricted fund accounting globally, by ensuring:

  • Grant income: MSI (globally) is accurately accounting for all restricted (project) icnome to which it is entitled including all indirect grant income and performance related margin.
  • Project cycle management: MSI fully understands the financial implications o all new projects and promptly closes the financial accounting for all projects with no outstanding balances.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Skills:

  • Stronge MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
  • A high level of numeracy
  • Attention to detail
  • An analytical approach
 

Qualifications

  • Professionally Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, other relevant qualification) (desireable)
  • Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA) (essential)

Location: International Finance - Global Locations

Full-time: 35 hours 

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive
