About the role:

We are looking for a Health Advisor to join our Call Centre (One Call) operation in Bristol. The purpose of this role is to make telephone pre-treatment assessments to clients seeking termination of pregnancy and vasectomy treatment.

Our Health Advisor’s also support our clients with booking in treatments and other related services whilst creating and maintaining accurate record keeping 

Reporting directly to the Team Manager the successful candidate will be joining a client centred team, focused on delivering exceptional client care at all times.

  • Experience at handling and co-ordinating a number of tasks at once
  • An empathetic and unbiased nature (pro-choice on abortion)
  • Excellent listening skills and telephone manner
  • Clear communication style
  • Experienced in using various computer systems
  • A depth of customer service experience

  • Team playerIn return for your efforts we can offer a starting salary at £19,350 (Pro-Rata) and benefits package including up to 5% pension contribution and discretionary bonus, as well as commitment to your ongoing personal and professional development.

What we can offer you

We are able to offer full time contracts working on a 2 week rotation including one day every other weekend.

Full training is provided and successful candidates will need to be available to attend. You will be supported by our dedicated training team, Managers and coaches.
